The Training sessions facilitate by YAE empowered children with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to address environmental challenges. On the same date, Under the coordination of YAE (Youth Action for Environment), an educational excursion was organized for children to visit the ICIMOD Knowledge Lab at Lalitpur. At the ICIMOD Knowledge Lab, children engaged in a diverse range of enriching activities designed to deepen their understanding of environmental sustainability and regional biodiversity. The lab serves as a dynamic platform for experiential learning, offering interactive exhibits, hands-on workshops, and educational programs tailored to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Children embarked on guided tours led by knowledgeable experts, exploring the intricacies of local ecosystems and discovering the wealth of flora and fauna that inhabit the region.
