Capacity Strengthening Program for NCAC members and Provincial Child Club Members of Karnali Province

On 27 June 2026, Consortium Nepal, in collaboration with GSIF Nepal, successfully conducted an Advocacy Workshop for members of the National Child Advocate Council (NCAC) and Provincial Child Club members in Karnali Province. The workshop brought together NCAC members from Karnali, Sudurpaschim, and Lumbini Provinces, providing a platform for learning, collaboration, and strengthening children’s voices in advocacy. Participants engaged in a SWOT analysis of the National Child Advocate Council (NCAC) and the Lumbini Provincial Child Club, interactive sessions on child rights and meaningful child participation, discussions on child-led research and its role in driving positive change, and explored what advocacy is, why it is important, and why children should be actively engaged in advocacy efforts.
